Most of these "inmates" or "prisoners" deserved their fate. When Your Presenter reviewed the "criminal record" of his local city, and state, and nation, it is easy to see how this "hard labor" was less a burden and more merely what such people actually were worthy of accomplishing, unfortunate as it was and yet may be.
